The Little One wishes information regarding negativity.
Indeed, dearest, we have spoken of negativity. It deserves more, Dear Heart. Yes?
Yes; though, it’s more about coming to realise those things that cause, and are, negativity. For example:
Veronica and I made an agreement recently to be vigilant regarding negativity.

In this instance, Veronica asked for help (from you, The C.C.) in locating, within her everyday life, the ways in which negativity was playing out.
(I shall inform our readers that this is something Veronica and I have been doing for some time in regard to perfecting ourselves. When we find an area of concern, we ask for help and, inevitably, we find ourselves watching the Game of Love playing out in our everyday happenings.)
Within a couple of days Veronica realised she had been criticising small things about her. She then understood yet another aspect of negativity and the harmful effects this insidious habit brought into her life.
With great resolve, and the desire to be free, she, very consciously, watched for the moments when criticism raised its head. To her delight came the realisation that where she could have succumbed to the mind’s (the brain’s) fundamental engineering, she was able to prevent herself from uttering the criticism. She instead chose to view the situation with compassion, which allowed her to not only overcome something that caused her angst, but also to actually enjoy the situation.
I have come to appreciate that negativity is the cause of much heartache for me, and for those for whom I have directed that negativity.
It is certainly a hard battle; though, I much prefer to enjoy myself, keeping a sharp eye upon the possibility of negativity gaining a foothold.
Indeed, dearest; it is hard work, as you said. Without ‘work’, negativity would remain a foothold, indeed.
It is not to be underrated, dearest. Negativity is indeed a fundamental design of the brain, and will remain always.

It’s the simple things like saying oh I’m stupid when you do something absent minded. I think we should refrain from whispering those words to ourselves. I think we feed negatively and that’s how it grows.
