Without calm, Dear Hearts, you are a ship awash upon the rocks. Are you not? Indeed, dear friends, this is precisely the image we hold of you when calm is not your watchword. We see you awash upon the rocks; to be sure, Dear Ones.

We ask that you ‘take to heart’ our suggestion, Dear Heart. Yes, we ask that you become aware of the rocks surrounding you when you are not calm. Do you feel ‘awash’, Dear Heart, when not calm?

Indeed, Dear Heart, we know you to be awash, at most times. Indeed we do. And how do we know this? We know this, Dear Heart, for it is normal, indeed. This is truth, Dear Heart. It is ‘normal’ to feel awash upon the rocks when you are not calm. Simple enough! Yes, indeed; simple enough, to be sure.

What we would suggest, Dear One is for you to firstly, become aware of this tendency to feel ‘awash’. When this feeling presents, Dear Heart, allow this feeling to have its way. Yes, that is right, Dear Heart; allow this feeling to present and have its way. What is meant by ‘have its way’?

What is meant, Dear Heart:

Allow the energy to become known, indeed, Dear Heart. Many hide from the energies presented throughout their day. Indeed they do. And what becomes of the energy, Dear Heart? What becomes of the energy is this:

It lingers, Dear Heart. It remains, Dear One. It settles in, Dear Heart. Yes, this is what happens to energies not acknowledged. They remain; they cause illness, fatigue, regret, soreness of mind and body, Dear Heart. Indeed, this is the quandary:

Do we allow debilitating energies to remain, or do we not? This is always a choice, Dear Heart; a choice entirely our own, Dear One. No-one, no, no-one can remove the debilitating energies of old, or present, Dear Heart; they are entirely a making of our own, to be dealt with entirely on our own. You understand, Dear Heart. We are the makers, the creators of our own making, our own health, or otherwise. We can create health (we be speaking of mind health, you understand, Dear One) or we create angst and pain. All due to our thinking, you understand, Dear Heart.

May you choose calm, Dear One, in all that you do. To assist this process we offer the little poem – Remain Calm. Our dear Carolyn utilised the energy within the words of this poem, Dear Heart, when suffering the recent illness. It allowed her freedom from the pain of separation and heartache from her ‘known life’ prior to the debilitating effects of exhaustion. Like Carolyn, you too shall benefit by taking the words of this little poem, putting them to memory, and utilising them when you feel awash, Dear Heart, indeed.

Remain Calm

Do remain calm in whatever you do;

A little good can come of the energy it woos.

A little tender loving, a little bit of jest.

It’s amazing how it makes everything its best.

We have a little rhyme for you. We hope you listen, dear.

For it shall save you from the rest; you know; grief and fear.

So know that calm will see you through in everything you do.

A blessing; not a curse is what we give to you.

      Yes indeed, Helen. Calm is a wonderful foundation. I know you must experience such delightful calm in, and around, the salt marsh, especially. It’s calming just thinking about that. 🙂

  2. Good advice. Stress will have us moving without realizing, talking face, shaking, and breathing heath. Yes just remain calm is the best advice.
